We know that cakes can only taste as good as the ingredients you throw in; all of our bakes use proper French butter, Belgian Barry Callebaut 70% chocolate, high-welfare, organic dairy and Burford Browns' free range eggs.

These are the best brownies and stuffed cookies. Sheer indulgence especially when warmed in the microwave for 10 seconds. Wow.
There are no words to describe these brownies! SO gooey and fudgy, and the coffee/salted caramel combo is amazing! I cannot get enough of them, thank you so much!

This was taken out of the fridge for about 90 minutes. This gooeyness is just from their baking skills, not warmed up.

Lovely chocolate & subtle coffee flavour.
I do drink black coffees & have at least two teaspoons so I’m use to strong flavours. However it worked well as it wasn’t overpowering or sickly.
Now the caramel sauce was indeed, SALTED caramel! It worked so well.
