You'll get to pick a Dispatch Date for your order at check-out.
Orders with our £2.50 shipping option will be sent with Royal Mail 1st Class. It normally takes around 2 working days, but could take up to 5 working days.

Our cake boxes are too big to fit through your letterbox - you will need to be in to receive your order.
2. How long do the bakes keep for?
Our cakes are prepared to order and baked no more than 24 hours before dispatch, so they're very fresh when they get to your home.
If stored in an airtight container,
- Brownies will be at their best for 10 days from dispatch.
- Stuffed cookies will be at their best for 5 days from dispatch.

3. How should I store my bakes at home?

4. Can I freeze my cakes / cookies?
Yes! Our cakes and cookies freeze perfectly. Freeze each slice or cookie individually wrapped in 3 layers of cling film, to avoid freezer burn, and eat within two months.
5. Can I send a box of cakes as a gift?
Yes, of course! You'll have the option to pick a Dispatch Date for your gift box, and you can add a greetings card and message for the recipient on the check-out page.
If it's important to you that the cakes arrive by a specific date - before a birthday, for example - allow for an extra day or two and make sure you upgrade to the 'Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day' shipping option.
6. Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
All of our products are produced in a kitchen where WHEAT, SOYA, MILK, EGGS and NUTS are used.

7. I've changed my mind about my order and want to amend / cancel it. What are my options?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we don't generally accept refunds, returns or exchanges, unless there is a problem with your order. See our full Returns & Refunds policy here.
However, we are a reasonable bunch - if you change your mind shortly after placing an order with us, let us know as soon as possible (no later than 2 hours after the order is placed) and we'll do our best to amend/cancel the order as needed.
