Refunds & Returns

As our products are freshly baked, perishable goods, they cannot be refunded. The only exception to this is if they are not delivered, in which case we ask that you make us aware that your order has not arrived within 48 hours after the expected delivery window. We will consider a refund if the order is delivered but is damaged.

We cannot be held responsible for errors - we do not refund orders sent to incorrect addresses.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunding payment

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


We can only replace products if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange your order for one of these reasons, please send us an email at
